All Missouri S&T faculty, staff, and students are assigned a username (also called a single sign-on, or SSO).
Each individual creates a unique password that must meet the password requirements.
A resource account is an account with or without a mailbox that is not necessarily tied to an individual, but to a group of people or for a specific function, such as to a particular resource for scheduling purposes. Resource accounts may have calendar information shared, or have delegate access assigned to users.
An authenticator tool is used at S&T to provide secure logins for S&T applications and tools. The recommended authentication process is via MFA, and it requires you to provide two or more verifications by the MFA application, text, or phone call for login
