IT telecom billing is changing from yearly to monthly billing.
Starting with the April 2021 statement, all newly added recurring charges will be processed a month at a time. For example, if a new employee started and requires a new phone to be setup for the department, it will start to appear on the April 2021 statement. There will be no advance billing.
Starting with the July 2021 statement, all charges which were previously billed yearly will now be processed a month at a time. There will be no advance billing.
Departments will notice a significantly smaller charge starting in July, and will also see their list of phones and services on every monthly statement.
Given the change from yearly to monthly billing, please note that each department is responsible for managing their monthly budget and funds going forward.
