Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Plans and Rates

Customers of IT are able to select from one of the plans below with a VoIP phone. The Standard Plan is the default plan and allows customers access to the basic features available through VoIP (such as call parking, call forwarding, and voicemail).

    • Yealink T27G phone
    • $22 / month service fee
    • $25 installation charge
    • No video or enhanced capabilities supported

  Executive Plan

    • Yealink T46G with up to 6 line appearances or speed dial buttons
    • $26 / month service fee
    • $160 installation charge
    • $185 upgrade fee from Standard Plan after VoIP installation*
    • Other enhanced capabilities supported

Enhancement Rates

Unified Voicemail Messaging
    • $3.75 / month service fee
    • Adds enhanced voicemail service (voicemail messages show up in your Outlook Exchange Inbox)
    • Compatible with Yealink T27G and T46G phones

Additional Charges

Activating a new Voicemail account:
This fee is in addition to the monthly fee for voicemail service and is only paid at the time of activation.

Install a New Data / Phone Jack:
Department personnel needs to  work with Physical Facilities to add network/data jacks to a room.

Activating a VoIP Jack

A data jack is equipped with at least one standard Ethernet dataports (usually two or four dataports, but one is sometimes a VoIP-capable dataport, marked with a red dot).
