Shared Mailbox Management

Sponsors of share mailboxes can manage settings to the shared mailbox.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the AIMS portal using your username and password
  2. Select "Sponsored Account Management"
  3. Find the mailbox by either scrolling to the mailbox or search in the search box
  4. Select "Edit" to access the mailbox details
  5. In the pop-up page, you will be able to edit sponsors and add/delete "mailbox owners"
