S&T Email

All S&T faculty, staff and students are given an S&T email account.

Student email is accessed and managed through Microsoft 365, while faculty and staff email is accessed and managed through the UM System Microsoft Exchange System.

Student Email

Student email is available through Microsoft Office 365. With it, you have access to email and all of the Office 365 tools.

Faculty and Staff Email

Faculty and staff email is managed through Exchange and can be accessed online or via an Exchange email client like Outlook.

Creating an Email Alias

To create an alias

Go to accounts.umsystem.edu.
Sign in with your username and password.
Click on personalize email.
Choose from the available options.
Click Submit to apply the change.

Request Resource Account

To request a resource account, please place a request at help.mst.edu that includes the username that you would like.
These requests must come from a faculty or staff member.
