Base MOU

Information Technology (IT) establishes memorandum of understanding (MOU) to meet specifical defined terms and services when special cases or services are required. As a baseline for these agreements, IT has established a Base MOU to define the standard services and terms provided by IT. The Base MOU is regularly updated and included in all service specific MOUs.

Service Specific MOU

A service specific MOU is used when additional and specific services and terms are needed beyond the base MOU. An additional service specific MOU is drafted and agreed upon by all involved parties. These MOUs are reviewed regularly and agreed upon for continued service between IT and the appropriate parties. IT holds discretionary determination on the need of a service specific MOU when establishing services with parties using campus IT services.
