These recordings will be done in one of our studio classrooms and must be booked at least 5 business days in advance. Subject to availability.
Includes the following:

  • Coverage of up to two hour event
  • On-site production staff
  • Live multi-camera switching
  • Live audio mixing
  • Live streaming using Zoom Meetings
  • Recording of the presentation

Conferencing for Research Meetings, Recruitment, and more

Faculty and departments at Missouri S&T use videoconferencing for a variety of purposes.

  • Research: 
    Faculty involved in a research project with another university or nation laboratory meet to show results and plan further efforts.
  • Multi-Campus Administrative Units:
    Campus units having counterparts on other UM System campuses can meet to coordinate procedures and poicies.
  • Student Organizations:
    Student-led groups of the UM System meet to discus student issues.
  • Student Recruitment:
    Faculty and admissions staff conduct "open house" webinar meetings with prospective Missouri S&T students.

Zoom Pro accounts are available thru the IT Help Desk.

  • You purchase a standard Zoom Pro license (100 participant max) from IT for $12.00/year
  • You run the meeting and setup from your site
  • You record the meeting using Zoom for later posting/sharing
    * Training available upon request for no additional fee

Event Support-Basic

Cost: $750.00
  • You purchase a standard Zoom Pro license (100 participant max) from IT for $12.00/year
  • You set up and host the meeting
  • You test with all speakers/lecturers
  • You pull any reports from your own account
  • IT Media Services will produce and record the Webinar
  • Optional use of a Studio Classroom

Event Support-Plus

Cost:  $1150.00

IT Media Services will handle all of the logistics for these meetings including:

  • Scheduling the room
  • Scheduling the Webinar
  • Scheduling and testing with each speaker/lecturers before the event
  • Provide attendee reports
  • Provide production, Zoom and on-site support services
  • Provide minor edits to the video before distribution
  • Produce the Webinar in a Studio Classroom if available

Event/On-Site Production

Professional coverage of your event with many options to choose from

IT Media Services can provide professional coverage of your event with many options to choose from.

All event coverage must be booked with IT Media Services at least 5 business days prior to your event to ensure availability.

Single Camera Coverage of Event

Cost:  $1500.00

  • Single camera coverage for up to 2 hour event
  • Does not include live streaming
Live streaming via Zoom Meetings can be added for an additional fee of $250.00

Two Camera Coverage of Event

Cost:  $3000.00

  • Two Camera coverage for up to 2 hour event
  • Includes live streaming via Zoom Meetings

Cost: $750.00/camera
  • Add additional camera angles to your event (no more than four cameras total)

Standalone Services

House Sound System add-on
Cost: $1500.00
  • A full sound system that includes house speakers, stage monitors, microphones and a professional sound engineer
