Student Mobile Device Email Setup

The following mobile device email configuration instructions are for S&T students

iOS / iPhone (Gmail)

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Select Add Account
  4. Select Gmail
  5. Enter:Select Next
    1. Email: YourUserID@umsystem.edu
    2. Domain: Leave Blank
    3. User Name: YourUserID@umsystem.edu
    4. Password: Your University Password
  6. Select Continue
  7. Choose elements you want synced
  8. Select Save

Android (Gmail)

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Accounts
  3. Select Add account
  4. Select Google
  5. Enter YourUserID@umsystem.edu
  6. Select Next
  7. Enter Your University Password
  8. Select Next
  9. Select I agree
  10. Choose elements you want synced
  11. Select Next
