Alumni Email For Life



Step 1:

Call the helpdesk at 573-341-HELP and indicate you are an alumnus who would like a manual Gmail account creation and password reset process.  The helpdesk will submit a ticket for the creation of your address.  You will need to wait for the ticket to be approved by security.  Once this has occurred, you will receive an e-mail that includes your S&T username and password.

 Step 2: Activate Gmail and Google Apps

Click the image below to go to the Google Apps activation tool. Sign in with your S&T username and password.

You have now activated your Gmail account.

Step 3: Sign in to check your email

Log in to your Gmail account at Icon indicated a new window/tab will be opened by pressing link
Note: You can also use Icon indicated a new window/tab will be opened by pressing link or Indicates that you will be directed to an external site by clicking on the link.

If you are unable to sign in to your Gmail account using your S&T username and password, contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.

 Graduated in December 2010 or later?

E-mail for Life service is immediately available to December 2010 and subsequent graduates.

Students retain their e-mail address and account for life, and upon leaving the University, their messages and folders are preserved.

 For students admitted to Missouri S&T prior to March 25, 2014:

You may have an S&T Office 365 mailbox that was created prior to the move to Gmail.

IT recommends you sign in, at least one time, to access any mail delivered to that account prior to March 25, 2014.
