TERMINALFOUR is a content management system (CMS) used to easily create and maintain University websites. University-wide, departments utilize TERMINALFOUR to update webpages with text, links, images, slideshows, videos, and varying advanced web components. Maintained by the University, TERMINALFOUR is actively being updated to add new content types, include more features, and fix bugs.

In order to use TERMINALFOUR, users must complete TERMINALFOUR Training in coordination with IT Web Support. Upon completion of the training, users can begin editing University websites. While TERMINALFOUR can take a while to begin to fully understand, it is an immense convenience for website maintenance. For further questions about how to use TERMINALFOUR, please view the documentation found on our TERMINALFOUR Resources page or Marketing's Web CMS Support page.

TERMINALFOUR can be used for official University pages. Such pages include sites for departments like Residential Life, Cashier, Student Life, academic departments, and departments of the like. If you have any questions about whether a site that you wish to make is eligible for University approval, contact Web Support by phone at 573-341-4794, email at websupport@mst.edu, or submit an online ticket at remedy.umsystem.edu.
