Help Desk • 573-341-HELP (4357) Get over-the-phone troubleshooting and support by calling 573-341-HELP. Help Desk representatives can assist you over the phone or, if needed, schedule a support tech to visit your office. Normal Hours The Help Desk is our preferred method of customer contact for tech support and troubleshooting issues. Online Help Request System The online Help Request (IT ticket) System helps IT keep track of all support requests so each issue can be resolved in a timely manner. Although many calls to the Help Desk often generate a Help Request, you may also enter a request directly into the system at help.mst.edu. The Help Request System is specifically intended for: • Technology purchase requests Emergency technical support issues should be directed to the Help Desk at 573-341-HELP, as that is typically the fastest way to receive a response. IT Walk-In Center Get face-to-face assistance with computer and computer account issues on the first floor of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library. • Up to 30 minutes of free diagnostics for personal computers Closed Memorial Day “How To” Library Browse a selection of “how to” and self-help articles related to Missouri S&T IT issues, like connecting to the campus network from home, configuring wireless access and more. ![]()
